Can you use a Motorola RAZR V3i Gold with a Rogers cell phone plan?

I am thinking about purchasing the Motorola RAZR V3i Gold, but am unsure if it will function on my rogers plan because of the SIM card. Does the Motorola RAZR V3i Gold have a SIM card slot?
