can you use android to setup google cloud print?

I am wondering if I could use my andorid phone to install a printer and then allow that printer to be used with google cloud print on my chromebook.
 
Of course you can use your android phone to install a printer.
This depends on which printer you have (e-print enabled or not) if e-print is enabled then you have to download the app of the printer from the App store(google play) eg. if it is a HP printer then go to this link " https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hp.android.print&hl=en "
then follow the steps as directed !

Then for your chromebook Just sync your phone with google chrome
