Can your ringtones/videos get transferred to a new phone from an old one?

I use verizon.
My old phone, a LG VX9400 (i think) broke. I have 5 bought ringtones (from VZW Tones deluxe) and 38 videos. Right now I have an old chocolate phone, my brother just upgraded his phone and this is his old phone. Only my contacts and my pictures were transferred; my videos didn't make it and my ringtones didn't (2.99 per ringtone- i don't want it to waste.) I'm going to get an LG Dare and is it possible to transfer my old videos from the VX9400, my ringtones from there, and my ringtones from the Chocolate (12 ringtones- it adds up, it's expensive!)? I really don't want to buy more ringtones, especially since they are so expensive. Is it possible to do this? Oh, and the videos are really important ^^ concerts, funny moments, etc.
oh, and verizon doesn't have sim cards, sooo.
i don't have a sim card, lol.
my old phone doesn't have service, so i can't send anything.

if you have a memory card..... you can try the memory card... good luck

You could try sending them by bluetooth or text message or if you put on of the sim cards in transfer everything to that sim card then put it in the phone or get a memory card stick that in your broken phone transfer everything onto that.
