This is interesting. Today, Gawker found a video wherein McDonald's Canada's executive chef answered a consumer's question about what's in the their Big Mac*secret sauce. They also pulled up a recipe for the sauce, as well as the ingredient list for the secret sauces in both the US and Canada.
