Cancer or just irritation please help?!?

This might sound stupid but I worry about dumb shit. Well I tend to chain smoke when I'm sad. I haven't chained smoke in a while but today I smoked about 3 in a row. Since then my tounge hurt and now there's red bumps on it and I looked up the symptoms of mouth cancer and realized I have some of those. Like the tongue pains and the lump in my throat and I've always had this mouth ulcer that comes bak and goes away. What do you think? Cancer or just irritation from the ciggarette? Please help!!! And also I've had some problems like every time I stand up I get a head rush and there was even a time were I was standing outside and idk but I felt like I was standing too long and everything just went black and I felt weak in the knees and just fell and blacked out for a couple seconds? Please help me out? Thanks!!
