I currently work as a holistic canine/feline nutrition specialist/consultant for two different companies, and I've researched the topic in depth and would consider myself to be as close to an "expert" as possible without actually being one, but I'll probably be moving soon (thus having to quit my current jobs), so I'm wanting to add some "oomph" to my resume/credentials by actually becoming certified in canine and/or feline nutrition. I've searched for such certifications/diplomas online, but I can't seem to find any that are LEGITIMATE and don't cost over $1,000 for one or two measly courses.
Do any of you know of a legitimate website or school that offers something like that, but not at the cost of an arm and a leg? Also, I don't want a DEGREE in animal science or anything like that (I already have a couple of degrees, and I'm not wasting my time on another one); I just want something that I can complete in a year or less that proves my knowledge in the field of companion animal nutrition.
