Help, a few days ago I dropped my computer on the floor and everything has been fine, except that I can't eject the dvd from my computer. It's like it's jammed or something. The computer THINKS that it's ejecting it, because the icon disappears from the desktop, but the dvd does not come out, so over and over again I've restarted the computer so that the icon reappears on the desktop, and tried ejecting it again and again, but it basically makes these - for lack of a better word - strained noises like it's trying to get it out, but it fails and I have to do it all over again. I tried sticking toothpicks into the slot to try to dislodge it, then I tried unscrewing the screws and prying the keyboard panel off in an attempt to access the dvd drive from the inside, but I failed at that. What can I do?
