I had bought a few ringtones off the Verizon Store and had them sent to me as a picture message, but I can't download them. The same thing happened when I used PhoneZoo and had them sent from my email as a Vzpix message. The same with picture messaging also. I can't receive picture messages. I took my phone into Best Buy when I took my laptop in with my mom and the guy said it might be a data problem but when I upgraded my phone--my dad kept our data plan...Any idea what the problem is?</blockquote>
