everytime i try to install notefolio, i get this message " Microsoft .net framework 1.1 or later needs is not installed. Microsoft .net framework 1.1 is needed for TI notefolio creator software to function properly..."
but i've already installed Microsoft .net framework 1.1, i even uninstalled it and installed a newer version. but i still get the same message
