My Canon IP4500 seems to be in trouble with printing on CDs. Apparently the sensor checking the inner cover feels the cover as always closed, disabling any printing using the CD Tray (F type). I checked with Canon and the only suggestion was to bring the printer to assistance, what would cost me more than buying a new one.
Question: does anyone know how to service the inner cover sensor -- or, at least, where it is located?
