Can't use integrated webcam on newly repaired Samsung laptop?

I've tried looking through Device Manager and it says the webcam software is up to date and working properly, but I can't find it when I search start menu or devices. My hard drive was repaired a few weeks ago and it looks like all the software is there, but I can't find out how to open it.
 
Hello you need an APPLICATION that will use your device, for example...

WEBCAMS are used for video chat, try SKYPE,

go to Skype.com, download chat...test video from the application settings, or even call your friend to test it.,...
