Capital One Cash Advance Interest if i pay before end of month?

If i do a cash advance with my capital one credit card and pay full by the due date will i still be charged interest or does it work like purchases and balance transfers where if i pay before the due date i pay no interest?

What exactly is considered a cash advance.. ? What if i fund my paypal account using my credit card would that be considered a cash advance? I thought that cash advances are only charged interest if not paid by the end of the month :(
 
You always pay interest on cash advances. There is no "forgiveness period" as there is with purchases.
