Hello, okay so I have a 1994 Chrysler LHS 4 door sedan with (what it says in the manual) a 11-speaker system which is beginning to fail. So i want to upgrade it. There are 3 3.25 inch speakers in the dash. 2 5.25 inch speakers in the front door, and last 2 6x9 rear deck speakers. I thought chrysler could count but to me i counted 7 speakers but they must be counting the tweeters and stuff. Anyways I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing but there is an external remote amp. This is all i could pull off of the amp. Chrysler Corp. Spatial Imiaging audio system HM-5182 4602001. 36670 These are the speakers I want to buy and replace the old ones with. 3.5-inch - Infinity Reference 3032cf 5.25-inch - Infinity Reference 5032cf 6x9-inch - Infinity Reference 9623i There is just a few problems, I have no idea what parts I need to power these puppies up. I figure since there is an external amp, IF needed, I only need to replace the amp with a stronger one to power better speakers and not even have to touch the built in deck. I'm just worried that maybe the deck isn't compatible with a newer amp and that I'll need to replace all the old wires that were feeding power to the old speakers. If you need more information or clarification on anything mentioned above just ask. Thanks a lot!
