Cartoon Eating Stuffed Bell Peppers?

From what I remember and can gather from my thoughts, I remember this one cartoon that had a character eat stuffed bell peppers with (I don't know...chili?) And that's all they could eat I guess preparing for a food eating contest. I also remember that the character threw up shortly afterwards. Any one know what cartoon I am talking about?
