I found a wound on my cats head about at the crown area (I'll try and include a picture). It wasn't there yesterday so it's fairly new. The hair around it was hard so I'm assuming it was bleeding maybe or it could have been dirt? He isn't acting any differently and didn't become agitated when I tried to clean it and was actually puring, so I guess it's a minor injury. I used a wet cotton ball to clean the area around it. I'm 15 will ask my mom if we can take him to the vet, but if shes says no I'd like to know what I can do to help it heal.
