Cat lovers, is there something wrong with mine or is she in a phase?

I have a cat, though she JUST turned 10 months so technically a kitten who - the past couple days has been acting really strange. She WILL NOT let anyone get near her unless you surprise her enough not to get away. Which is not normal for her. She's by no means a lap cat, she won't stay next to you for long cause she'd rather play but now she's really jumpy. Kinda like she is after she gets in trouble for something. SO BASICALLY should i just wait it out? she's a kitten is it a phase or should i worry? Nothing new has happened. No recent shots was spayed at weeks old declawed at months old so her life has been normal for 6 months. now recently she bolts as soon as you make eye contact, or pick something up...?
