Hey there, I have a little question about the cavities in my teeth. But for you to fully understand my question, I want to tell you the whole story. Okay, so when i was a kid, I made some very foolish mistakes. Putting metal in the microwave, going into my mother's purse without asking,,,,,,somehow deciding not to brush my teeth for a couple of years (yeah, i know im stupid). So around last year's summer, my stupid childhood actions came back around to bite me in the @$$ (or rather the mouth for my situation). I have already had two root canals on the last tooth on the bottom row for both sides. I have some major cavities in the teeth in front of the very last ones. Is it true that now since i have started brushing my teeth, those teeth with the cavities in them wont eventually turn into root canals? Or is me brushing my teeth just delaying them from turning into root canals?
Either way, I need to go back to the dentist to get the cavities removed, but i was just curious. Thanks for your help!
