i have a Habit of not eating breakfast, and im trying to lose weight and everything tells me "eat breakfast it will help." so i thought maybe i could use a celebrity slim, that is made as a mean replacement for my breakfast... but i want to know, will i get any results?
only using it once a day instead of 2.
i eat pretty healthy and im always walking places, and i get a reasonable amount of exercises.
