[QUOTE="n_c_mybaby, post: 147911"] i have downloaded some ringtones via bluetooth. i set some of my contacts to specialized ringtones. then a week ago when my husband called me (who is on the same acct.) the phone set itself to the original ringtone (the one that came with the phone). so thinking it just needed to be turned off...i did that. well it kept doing it. then it started playing random ringtones for contacts that didnt even have ringtones assigned to them. so, then i called customer care (tmobile) we did a master reset, deleted all my ringtones, deleted my bluetooth from my phone, credited new ringtones and it still did this. there is no physical or water damage. and now tmobile is saying that i cannot get an exchange for this problem...so basically i am stuck with this problem. there has been a reported problem that if you use your bluetooth it will do this. but after deleting my bluetooth from my phone it still does this. has anyone had this problem or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.
