I have a nokia 6682 and I would like to change its carrier for a fake one. For examples if it's t-mobile and Iwant it to change to verizon or at&t, what ever. I repeat, not true, fake.

What do you mean by fake one?I am not able to understand....If you want to change carrier then you need to get the unlocking done in your respective locked mobile.I suggest you can get the unlock code for your Nokia 6682 from Unlock-zone.com and remove the network lock.It will be then possible to change carriers.
