Changing the swingarm out... 96 Suzuki Katana 600?

I am looking at upgrading the swingarm on my 1996 Katana. I would like to put a 2007 swingarm on it to be able to upgrade to the new suspension components and to be able to run a wider rear tire.
Other than the obvious swingarm change is there anything else that needs changed? Is the pivot bolt the same?
