Changing the timing belt on my 96 Ford ranger, 2.3 4 cylider?

It is a manual Transmission, sos I put it in 1st gear and stuffed the parking break as well as choked the wheels. I am assuming that this is a standard bolt and turning counter clockwise will remove it, eh? I've had the socket on the bolt and tapped it with a hammer, to no avail. I put a penetrate on the bolt let it set and tried it again. Any body have any ideas? Please help as I will be forever in your debt.
 
It came from the factory with Loctite on the threads.

You can either use a long piece of pipe to lengthen your wrench, or heat the bolt. Be cautious using heat though, you can melt the timing cover and/or the balancer.

The bolt does remove CCW "lefty loosey"
 
Figure which way engine rotates, then put a long breaker bar on the socket. I say again, see which way the motor rotates, lay the bar on the frame
rail, and just bump the ignition.

I thought it sounded dangerous until I did it. Damn if it didn't work very well.
