Hello there.. I'm having some problems with this question. Can anyone help me by explaining how to get the answers?

An Aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, h2o2, is 30% by mass and has a density of 1.11g/cm3. Calculate its:
a) molality
b) molarity
c) mole fraction

Given the answers are: a)12.6; b)9.79 mol/L; c)0.185
