I have a serious issue with smoking, for a lot of reasons that are obvious.
The main one being of course all of the health issues that come along with it because i have seen first hand the effect it has on people down the line.
With that being said, chewing Tobacco is just as disgusting in my eyes.
My husband knows my feelings on all of this and even though he has stopped smoking he said he is going to continue to chew because it does not effect your health in the same ways as smoking does. AKA-lung cancer and the risk of being put on oxygen in the feature ect, ect.
Even though i still have a problem with this, I think i can " accept" it more. Even though i ill leave the room any time he feels the need to bring the disgusting habit into my home.
My question is--how much BETTER is chewing tobacco Vs. Smoking?
I know neither should be done so please no comments saying " neither is good!" i already know this.
I just need to know is he really making a better choice if he HAD to pick out of the two things? and what are some outcomes of life long chewing? I know mouth cancer is one of them...but others?
Is he going to end up just as bad off in the long run or what?
Serious answers only please!
