My horse has a Sacroiliac injury, we dont know the depths of it yet, but shes on 3 weeks box rest at the minute. My vet has recommended that she has Physiotherapy, which i have booked in for her, but i wondered whether a chiropractor would also be of any use? Her pelvis is a bit wonky too so i think i chiropractor would help (maybe) to get this allingned and then maybe she will get better faster as it will take the strain off of her SIJ injury. Or should i wait, sort out the sacroiliac first, and then think about a chiropractor. I dont want to put too much on her but i also want her to get better quickly and as pain free as she can. Any opinion will be appreciated as people at my yard cant agree and i dont know whats best for her?! Ive spoke to my vet who doesnt believe in the work of chiropractors, so his opinion doesnt really mean all that much at the minute :/ Thanks
