Christians, do you believe Deuteronomy 21 18 - 21 is the word of God?

It says a disobedient child should be stoned to death. Do you as a bible believing christian believe that is the right thing to do?
 
Christians must follow the teaches of Jesus who refuted many Old Testament teachings including the one quoted above.
