Did you realize your work is in vain if you are not doing the work God gave you? Since the Holy Spirit directs your steps if you stand close to God, you are bearing fruit whether you see it or not.

If he has chosen you, he will prepare you for the work he chose you to do.

See John 15:16, I Peter 2:9, I Cor. 15:58

Have you allowed the Lord to prepare you? Thanks for answering.

It's been my experience that we can frequently persuade God to "choose" us by preparing for the spiritual work we want to do instead of waiting for God to prepare us.Most recently I had this experience by researching divine healing and training myself for this type of ministry. Now God leads and intervenes in my ministry because He chose to honor my faith.

Perhaps the work God gave me is to be a reality check to those of you who take religion too seriously.

Perhaps he wants people out there who are grounded in reality, living life to the fullest and not wasting time worshiping him while quoting empty phrases from some ancient book.

If I was god, I wouldn't care if someone was hindu, muslim or even atheist. I wouldn't need thousands of people worshiping me and I wouldn't want wars based on stupid things like if there is or isn't a holy trinity.

If they believed in god or creation or any of the bible would not be important to me. I would be more interested in making sure that overall people are doing the right thing to each other.

Sh.it. God has prepared me a sandwhich, how is he gonna prepare me?
