Christians is this idolatry?

a friend of mine is kind of caught up in a church thats....i dont know how else to say it but pretty much the pastor isnt doing what hes called for to do as a pastor. I dont think my friend is saved and the pastor so far from what i know he hasnt even told her to examine her self to see if shes in the faith, and their are other things that i dont feel safe about. Like some of the doctrines he teaches. Anyways thats not really the issue. The issue is im very grieved about this almost all the time. Everytime i see her sin it just kills me and i get sad. People i know your not a super moral human when your a Christian but shes showing obvious signs that shes not saved. in other words she lives EXACTLY like an unbeliever and it hurts me so much. am i idolizing this situation? how can know?
