What happens when a person "receives" Christ?
Does he/she start to know themselves as they are always been known?
As James says that whenever this word is heard, it is like a man seeing the face of his birth as in a mirror! (James 1:23 ) ( See also 2 Cor 3:18 )
Also, this encounter is described so beautifully in Ps 17:15: “As for me, I will continue beholding Your face in righteousness; I shall be fully satisfied, when I awake in Your likeness”.
