Christians, what do you think about talking in tongues?

I've heard different opinions on this, I've heard its almost of form blasphemy of the Holy Spirit to not believe it. I have also heard that some pastors don't believe someone can speak in tongues. I really want to know what you think.

No one can speak in tongues which is a spiritual language until they have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit something which those who do not believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit have received.
