A.) came out and said he/she was gay (just because they trust you enough to share this with you, not in an "i need help way", because they are perfectly fine and don't want to change)

and

B.) told you he/she was an atheist

A) TELL THEM THAT I LOVED THEM BUT THEY NEED TO GIVE THAT UP, I WOULD SHARE WITH THEM EX-GAY PEOPLES TESTIMONIES AND GO WITH THEM TO A QUALIFIED PASTOR TO HELP THEM LEARN WHAT SIN IS AND THE DANGERS.

B) I WOULD DEBATE THEM AND SHOW THEM THEIR FOOLISHNESS. IF THEY REFUSED TO REPENT I WOULD STILL BE PERSISTENT :P

Fortunately the Bible has specific instructions on what to do with friends like this.

2 Corinthians 6:14-15

14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? :you are looser:

What were you thinking... christians don't use the internet because it is not in the bible, therefore are unable to even read you question.
