My little sister and I used to love the christmas candy that was half chocolate/ half mint in the shape of a bell. The chocolate layer was the bottom of the bell, and the mint was the top of the bell.

We've not been able to find this candy since the mid to late 1990s. Does anyone know what it was? Or where I can get it?

Palmer Minty Bells and More Christmas and Wholesale Candy from Groovy Candies - Groovy Candies I think this is what you are looking for.

Chocolate Mint Bells.

I to every year look for these and when I think I have found them...it isn't the same ones. 1 min ago, my boyfriend and I were munchin on our recent order from a local girl scout.
I got these mint trefolds...doesn't look like the bells but taste just like it.. the thick layer of mint it the middle is a chocolate mint just like the top of the bell.
Anyhow... i said to him...these taste just like those bells i look for every year, wonder if i can find them online... then that lead me to your post.
those palmer or balmer ones aren't the same... the chocolate tastes fake in those....

Palmer Minty Bells probably wouldn't be the same if you could find them!

I ordered some peppermint bark from Williams-Sonoma because of the huge number of rave reviews from customers. It is a layer of white chocolate on a layer of dark chocolate and sprinkled with bits of peppermint candy. Was I surprised when I realized that it tasted just like the Palmer Minty Bells that we used to love so much and haven't been able to find for years. No wonder it got such rave reviews! It's sold in 1 lb tins, but I have to say it's a whole lot more costly than the bag of Minty Bells.
