I was converted this past February. It took my in-laws over 4 yrs to get me baptized. My in-laws didn't make things easy for me. Anyway... That is behind me now. But, I have to say I am very happy to be a part of this great church. I've learned the church is PERFECT! The people are not.. yes! including me.
Since then we (as in - husband, my 2 babies and i) have been attending church, Sundays and various church activities. We were happy to be there. Well we still are. Except for my husband. About 3 months ago.. I brought up the temple to my husband and how I wanted to sign up. Shocked by his answer. For us to wait! But, I waited for a month. So in October I brought it up again. He was upset and every time I asked him why. He doesn't want to talk about it. Nor does he want to schedule to see the Bishop about it. I know I'm new to the church.. but these are the classes that would help us. I'm confused! Should I just go to the Bishop?? I have been praying A LOT sincerely. I just don't know what else to do. I'm starting to think he doesn't want to be sealed to me?
