Citroen to Peugeot alot of work or easy?

Now that i have petrol to diesel out of my head. I have a 94 Peugeot 405 turbo diesel engine in the yard and was thinking about buying a 96 - 01 1.9 straight diesel Citreon Xsara. Would the Peugeot engine connect to the existing loom or would i need to make new connections??

Basically would a Peugeot engine connect up to a Citreon car.
 
it can be made to do so but isn't straight forward. unless you are an Expert auto electrician it is best left well one .plus there are other issues such as drive train wil not fit ,engine mounts and inlet and exhausts and so on.
in short drop idea. will take forever and cost far too much with no worthwhile result.
