Cleaning Laptop Vents by Blower?

from few days my laptop is getting overheated, and it easily gets to 75 C. I don't want to take a risk to open laptop by myself and clean the heat sink. What I want to ask is that can I use blower or hair dyer instead of compressed air can. Will blowing the air through the air vent will work ?
