I need to lose 4 pounds by saturday for my weigh in. i really need a good free workout I can do this week. I quit drinking coke cause i drank 4 or more a day. I am drinking lots of water but I haven't seen any results and I started on Friday. Please I have to do this, any ideas. i have thought about using internal flushes but people said no. So please workout ideas, eating ideas??? Think I can do it?
