cold asian noodle recipes?

When I say cold i mean like, you can eat the food cold. For example, spaghetti, you cannot eat that cold. im looking for an asian recipe too! the reason why i want the food to be cold because i make my lunch for school and we dont have any microwaves. Please GIMME A RECIPEHH!

1 tablespoon Sriracha chile sauce

Kosher salt
12 ounces chow mein noodles
Cucumber matchsticks, sliced scallions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds and lime halves, for garnish
