I'm asking for a friend, he is an Australia citizen so he's available to the scholarships. He'd rather colleges in WA, NSW, QLD and VIC. He's in a primary school in year 7 so he'll be going to middle school next year (the kimberly is behind) and doesn't want to go to our sh*t highschool in Derby.
