I have had comcast for almost a year now. Today it was down and brought me to a page making me click on "i am a customer" or "i'm a technician". I clicked the customer page and downloaded this self installer program. I followed it all, and told me to enter the billing number (which i did), a message came up telling me to call them up because of an account query. I have no idea what that means and not sure why the internet is down. I have been using bittorrent for a while, and i keep thinking that it's them wanting info about that. I'm too sketched to call them now and having parents pissed off at me. What can i do to reset my internet besides unplugging the router? Please Help!
