-Comedy,Romance,(Adventure?Perhaps. doesn't have to be. though, it would make it more interesting
-Main characters are teenagers
-Good animation/drawings

Supernatural is fine as long as it's something like Zombies,Miracles, SOME power,.. etc

I don't know an anime that fits in all of your conditions, but you may like this ones:

Full Metal Panic! - The drawing is not so good, and not much romance.
Working!! - no awesome drawing too.
Nana - Female main character.
High School Of The Dead - fits, actually. It's more echhi than romance but still...)

Anyway, you better enter on http://myanimelist.net/ forum and ask recomendations there, there are much more people that watch anime than here, actually, all of them there are watching anime so, enter register and ask in the recomendations forum : P sry for spam, just trying to help

I know of one, I am rewatching it because I love the hilarity of it: Baka to Test to Shokanju (first season). I am watching the series on Hulu, but you can watch it there or Funimation's Video Portal. If you don't want to register, watching it at Funimation is the only other way.
