for money...? from the general public, and they keep making a point for us to donate - It would be nice for them to say 'i'll put £1000 in of my own money? People like the Beckams for example who are obscenely rich? I meam if they can justify I million pound weddings and £10,000 parties for their children £1000 would be a drop in the ocean for the likes of them

I thought the very same thing last night, but donated anyway.

I know what you are trying to debate is a valid subject, but at the same time I am sure many of us donated because we wanted to, not because some super rich celebrity begged us to.

I think you have a really good point there! There are people who are struggling and out of work who cant afford to give any money, so they should'nt make such an issue about donating money anyway. They should just mention it at the beginning and the end of the show and ask those who can really afford it to give a donation!

How do you know that they don't?

I know David Beckham has done alot of work for charity so that counts him out on the list of those that don't contribute.

I swear I was only thinking that thought myself last night, watching....red nose day.

How do u know they hav'nt donated already? Jeez i'm sure most of them did- they are human after all

Well, not generally speaking a lot of celebrities DO donate their own money. To spare me a lot of typing follow this link http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/240102/celebrity_generosity_which_celebrities.html
If a celeb can donate £100.000 on occasion £1 from us "normal people" (or aspiring celebs like me www.myspace.com/evamaler ) isn't exactly asking much. Right?
