Complain to a seller in Ebay for this?

The recovery software is built onto the Hard Drive. Discs are no longer included with the purchase when the computer is made originally.

They sent some CD's with the laptop. The Recovery thing its not available on the hard drive. Can I get a RMA for this in ebay? Also, the disk are copies of the original.
 
Only if it said it would come that way! Is it a new computer? You should ask these questions before you buy! Right?
