ok this is a new computer it is a samsung note book and it has a fresh copy of windows xp home ,and i'm pretty sure all the drivers are installed (my husband is really good with computers , and he is still not sure what the problem is with it, and doesn't really have much time to figure it out either, he is busy with work as a it technician )
anyway when i turn the computer on everything is fine and i can go on my side of the computer just fine , and i can browse the internet and watch youtube and all that stuff , but in the middle of everything my computer just closes and seems to restart back to the start up then it lets me go on my computer on my side again ,,, then for a couple of minutes like 15 to 20 min it restarts again by itself ...
it cant be a virus and im pretty sure all the drivers are installed , but the one thing do notice is that the computer time is way off ..its not the correct time ..
right before it restarts i do see a blue screen with writing on it but it cuts off so quickly that i have no time to read what it says before it shuts down.
it cant be overheating because the computer is on a table and 20 mins in it restarts and im not running any programs other then firefox , im not even watching videos.
this really sucks and i have no idea what it could be , but i think the blue Screen said something about memory..
i dont know how the memory could be messed up though because we are really care full with this computer after we use it we even have a special padded zipper pouch thing to keep the computer safe when its off.
and this has nothing to do with hibernation of the computer because my husband made sure hibernation is off and all that.
