One of my friends tried to set me up with this guy, lets just say things didnt go well and i am genuinely fearful for my well being/life. I had someone suggest i get a restraining order against him because now he's getting threatening because i won't call/text him back and he really does scare me.
How would i go about doing this? Does the other person have to be like in a long term relationship with you? I really only know his first name and his address.
I know there is a hearing but what if he doesn't show up?? i doubt he would..
