Alright well since Sunday i've been pretty healthy, lots of fruit and stuff. But before this i would only eat junkfood basically, and not eat any fruit for ages lol. I dont rly like the taste of junkfood as much anymore. I've been watching the biggest loser but that hasn't really influenced me in any way. I'm not fat so thats not a reason i changed. Anyone got any suggestions lol? and yea im happy but just dunno why i dont like junkfood as much...
