I'm trying to connect 2 hd tv's to 1 hd directv reciever. The 2nd tv is in another room, the 2nd tv is connected by hd component wires to the reciever so there is one open hdmi port on the reciever. There is no coax output on the directv box, I already have a 50 coax cord and dont want to pay for a hdmi cable that long. Is it possible to connect a hdmi cord to the reciever and then have an hdmi/coax adaptor (if they exist) with the coax cable connected to the 2nd tv. If so, will the signal be in hd?
