Connecting second TV to Dual receiver on Dish Network.?

I did have my second TV hooked up and the support guy hooked it up for me. I moved the TV rooms and now it wont seem to work. I have tried everything as far as making sure the settings matched and that there was a cable behind the outlet for the cable. It just wont seem to work. I have the Dish network dual receiver model 625. Can anyone help?

make sure that the TV is enable on system setup and then go to shared view and then look to see if it enable you should see two tv with picture and a red dot that says enable!
