...demand game of buy low-sell high? Cons would probably riot and march on Washington DC with Remington bolt actions and Pitchforks if anything made their 4 Flat Screen TVs and their kids Xbox's one dollar more expensive. I bet Liberals would suddenly VERY much believe in violence should IPhones and Macbooks go up in price. In 1990 a Nintendo made in Japan costs $149 ($245 in 2010 prices). In 2010 an XBox Made in China costs $250 In 1990 a 25 inch RCA Television made in New Jersey costs $500 ($810 in 2010 prices) In 2010 a 25 inch Chinese made flat screen costs less than $300 at wal-mart. Why is either party complaining when they're the ones who allowed the Chinese to undercut so much? Oh before anyone says "where'd you get your TV?" I have a 15 year old RCA television that I bought used from my landlord :D I don't own any video games but yes, my computer was made in China. Who makes American computers anymore? Oh yeah!! DELL.... nope nope.... Dell moved manufacturing to China too. Taylor - China and all of Asia outside of Japan does nothing but copy Japanese and US technology especially at the Consumer level. However my point is that the tech world is becoming a place where Americans, Europeans and Japanese design the product at 120k a year salaries and the Chinese build it for 40 cents and hour. So with the Socialist and unfair tax/import laws in China they're doing pretty good for themselves at the Government level.
