In an effort to counter "influential Democratic-oriented women's groups" such as EMILY's List, at least three separate conservative women's groups are "plowing cash" into the campaigns of female candidates, Politico reports. According to Politico, the Susan B. Anthony List -- which backs female candidates who oppose abortion rights -- is expected to raise and spend as much as $12 million for the 2010 election cycle, a $4 million increase from 2008 and more than double what it spent in 2004...
