I have been driving 3/4-ton 4X4 trucks all my life because it is just plain necessary given the loads I pull and the work I do... but I won't put hockey pucks between the axle and the springs or put "lift kits" in 'em and I CERTAINLY would never, ever hang a pair of stupid-looking truck nuts on there. Dumbest thing I have ever seen.

P.S. It's mostly macho "I'm-a-MAN" types who do that around here, and they tend to vote Democrat if they vote at all.
